Guides

One page per task, in the order the pipeline runs.

In short

These guides follow the pipeline: challenge the idea, gather the literature, analyse the data, write and trace the paper, make the proposal, answer the reviewers, then finish with your voice and a deposit. You do not have to do them in order — each page stands alone.

  1. Run a boardroom round — intake, the five critics, rebuttals and the verdict.
  2. Build the literature vault — suggestions, reading, the method and the matrix.
  3. Analyse data in the notebook — import, profile, code cells, charts.
  4. Write the paper in LaTeX — Code and Visual mode, tables, math, TikZ, versions.
  5. Draft with AI through the gate — the gate, section by section.
  6. Check traceability and freeze — the check, the waiver, the snapshot.
  7. Make a proposal and the supervisor email — proposal, one-pager, email, funding.
  8. Handle reviews and write the response letter — inbox, workbench, letter, changes PDF.
  9. Edit for your voice — samples, profile, the diff, the AI-use statement.
  10. Deposit to Zenodo — a draft you publish yourself.
  11. Use voice — speak to type, listen to replies.
For technical users

Each guide describes the fixed model prompts that stage uses. Changing a prompt without updating its guide fails review.
