Make a proposal and the supervisor email

The research proposal, one-pager, first-contact email and a funding proposal.

In short

From the same brief, verdict and evidence, Thesivor writes the documents around the paper: a research proposal, a one-page summary for a supervisor, a first-contact email, and a funding proposal built from a funder's call.

1Open Proposal

The Proposal button is in the header once a verdict exists. Choose the document type: Research Proposal, Supervisor One-pager, First Contact Email or Funding Proposal.

2Generate

The research proposal is a real LaTeX document with its own sections, compiled and editable in Code or Visual mode. Discussion points come only from your open questions; risks only from the objections that survived.

3For funding, give it the call

Paste or upload the funder's call. The app extracts the sections, the criteria and any page or word limit, shows a criteria → sections checklist, and warns if the proposal is over the limit.

4Edit and send

The email is a versioned plain-text file with the word count done by the app and a Copy button. Edit for my voice works on the email too.

A funding proposal built from a public NSF call, showing the extracted sections, the page limit and the review criteria.
Test project, synthetic data. The call's own structure and criteria drive the document.
For technical users

Every part a reader must trust is checked in code: discussion points must name a register row, risks must name an objection or the kill experiment, references are built from the vault only (the model writes no reference list), and any mention of a supervisor's work must quote supplied material verbatim. The proposal is a document of its own (proposal/<slug>/), never merged into the paper. A frozen proposal version can be deposited to Zenodo.
